1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be available under the following conditions:

• Requests must be made within 10 days of purchase.

• Services must not have been fully rendered.

• No refunds for digital/downloadable products.

3. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Certain purchases, such as online program (e.g. Off-Season Programs, Running Programs), are not eligible for refunds.
